This is a dream served on a plate. I still think of this dish with great happiness and joy when memorizing my trip to Noma this time. These strawberries are so delicious. Having grown up not far away from one of the best strawberry fields in Norway, I have taste for heavenly strawberries. However, these are probably the best I have ever had. It is served with ice-cream with a taste of hay (!) and camomile. Even though it is served on a plate at this restaurant, it sort of feels like you’re eating them straight from the fields.
