• I have been loving the show’s female POIs from Zoe Morgan onwards. Zoe, Bridget Regan, and Andrea Gutierrez — what fabulous ladies. I wish I could go out and get drinks with them.
  • Awww, Carter did her hair for her first meeting with Reese. Girrrrl, I would, too.

  • I can’t believe that the guy from Cloverfield is now doing bit parts on TV — but now that I think about it, that wasn’t really a star-making role. Maybe his part will be expanded if he joins the team. He wants to “really help people,” after all.
  • Poor Fusco in this episode. He’s like the dog in a house where the young couple who owns him just had a baby.
  • Reese has many talents. Apparently he is also an expert on where to find specific kinds of girly key fobs or whatever that is.
  • That little boy Jacob was adoooooooorable.
  • I FINALLY SPOTTED AN ASIAN IN THIS EPISODE.

  • I am honestly not feeling any Carter/Reese ship so far (though I always love seeing interracial relationships). There’s something very mom-like about the way Carter constantly admonishes Reese for breaking the law.
  • Finch’s shredder-scanner is pretty amazing. Gadgets!!!
  • It is a crime that none of the POIs have hugged Reese or Finch until now. They should be hugged ALL THE TIME. I volunteer.
  • Speaking of hugs, I liked that Reese hugged her back. He’s gone from Drunk Hobo Jesus to relatively well-adjusted human being rather quickly, hasn’t he? Where can I sign up for this 12-step program? Or meet an eccentric billionaire?
  • Finch: “Excuse me….” I can relate, Finch — that is also my face when people try to use my computer.
